We currently sell and ship to all European Union member countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We currently offer free shipping throughout Europe for all orders and with no minimum spend.

Shipping to Italy costs €6,50 VAT included for all your orders, with no minimum spend. In Europe shipping costs €9 VAT included, below the average of any courier.

We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. To ensure maximum security and transparency of your data at the time of payment, we do not retain any information. This information, in accordance with the law, is collected and stored by third-party services, specifically PayPal and Stripe, ensuring the highest security standards. Therefore, this website does not collect payment data—such as credit card numbers—but receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed.

If you receive a non-compliant product, with a wrong size or manufacturing defect, you can request a free replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. In these cases, we'll cover the shipping costs for the replacement. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, you can do so without penalty, but in this case, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as required by law.

We ask that you handle returned products with care, returning them in their original packaging and correctly identifying the sender and recipient. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
